Abstract

Digitalisation in local government administration services has become an urgent need in the modern era, including in Indonesia. This transformation enables faster, more transparent, and easily accessible services to the public. Digitalisation of administrative services in Minahasa Regency is part of the local government's efforts to improve the quality, speed, and accessibility of public services by utilising information technology. This digitalisation aims to make public services more efficient and transparent, reducing the time and cost required for the community to access administrative services that are usually done manually. Digital transformation is also expected to support regional development in facing the challenges of modernisation and globalisation. The method used in this research is a research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that digitalisation of administrative services in Minahasa Regency has great potential to improve the quality of public services. However, challenges related to infrastructure and human resource readiness still need to be addressed with a planned strategy and continuous support.
