Implementasi Program Bantuan Rumah Tidak Layak Huni(Rtlh) Kelurahan Wangurer Timur Kecamatan Madidir

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Uninhabitable House Assistance Program in Wangurer Timur Village, Madidir District. The method used is a qualitative approach. The number of informants in this study were 7 people. With data collection techniques namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results showed that the Implementation of the Uninhabitable House Assistance Program in Wangurer Timur Village, Madidir District through 4 indicators, 1) The mechanism for determining RTLH beneficiaries is still not effective, because there are many delays encountered from beneficiaries related to the construction completion process, 2) for the RTLH program beneficiary requirements there is still unclear land ownership data, in indicators 3) and 4) the process of distributing funds, materials for construction and the response from the community itself they are not satisfied with the existence of this program assistance.
