Peran Kepala Desa Dalam Penyaluran Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) Pada Masa Pandemic Covid-19 Di Desa Kalait Kecamatan Touluaan Kelatan Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out more clearly how the role of the Village Head in the Distribution of Direct Cash Assistance during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period in Kalait Village. This study uses a qualitative method. The research location is in the village of Kalait, South Touluaan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The focus of this research is the role of the village head in the distribution of direct cash assistance (BLT) during the Covid-19 pandemic in Kalait Village. The sources of data obtained in this study were the Village Head, Village Apparatus and the BLT Recipient Community. The results of this study indicate that the role of the head in realizing village funds such as the distribution of BLT funds to the community in Kalait Village has been running effectively and efficiently, this can be seen in the supervision efforts in the planning stage and implementation of village fund allocations for BLT by conducting coordination meetings with village officials and the community in the village council. Supervision is carried out by appointing and handing over supervision to village officials who are entrusted with managing the distribution of BLT funds. The evaluation stage from all planning to implementation has been well completed and in the field of administration the village head entrusts the village secretary to compile it based on existing data.
