Pelayanan Publik Di Desa Bololo Kecamatan Wasilei Timur Kabupaten Halmahera Timur

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the extent of public services for making cover letters for e-KTPs in Bololo Village, North Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency. This research was conducted using a descriptive-qualitative approach. The research location is the place where the researcher will conduct the research. The research location to be conducted is in Bololo Village, North Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques namely, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. The results of the study show that the Bololo village officials have not fully worked professionally because there are still people who complain about the service of the Bololo village public apparatus. There are still village people who want to take care of something at the village coconut house or the village secretary of the apparatus because the village is often absent from the office. There are still actions from village officials in serving the community which indicate a lack, because there are still transactions in terms of administration in Bololo village.
