Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of service provided by the Minahasa Regency Police in making driving permits SIM The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews documentation and observation This research focuses on Driving License SIM Services at the Minahasa Regency Police Department Data collection techniques include; observation interviews and documentation The research results show that: 1 Service times are late due to limited staff and technology 2 Applicant satisfaction is influenced by administrative staff who are less helpful the online portal is not updated and the cost of making a SIM does not comply with the SOP < em>< strong>< p>
