Kualitas Pelayanan Air Bersih PDAM Minahasa di Kelurahan Maesa Unima Kecamatan Tondano Selatan

This research is motivated by several complaints from public regarding public services in Maesa Unima village, especially in terms of clean water services provided by the drinking water company in Minahasa. The purpose of this research is to describe the quality of PDAM Minahasa clean water services. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observations, and documentation.
The result of this research is that the services of the Minahasa’s PDAM are good, only in terms emphaty, employees don’t care about what costumers want. For other quality indicators, namely direct evidence Tangible, Reability, Responsibility, and Assurance are ood. Service support factors are the existence of awareness factors, rules, organization, income, abilities and skills as well as service facilities.
