Abstract

The performance of Civil Servants in the Organizational Section at the Tomohon City Regional Secretariat Office is still not optimal in completing tasks and work, there are still employees who complete work not on time and there is still a lack of employee skills in mastering computers and also facilities are still inadequate to support existing performance. Organization Section. This research aims to determine and analyze the performance of civil servants in the Tomohon City Regional Secretariat Office. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. This research focuses on the Performance of Civil Servants in the Organizational Section of the Tomohon City Regional Secretariat Office. Data collection techniques include; observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research regarding the performance of Civil Servants in the Tomohon City Regional Secretariat Office show that it has not been optimal in terms of indicators: 1) Work Quality. Employees face heavy workloads, employees often do not meet quality standards and deadlines, lack creative initiative, lack of resources, low motivation, inadequate technical training and inadequate SOP coaching. 2) Effectiveness, employees lack skills in Microsoft Office, low motivation, need regular training for professional development, then problems with supporting facilities such as computers and printers, WiFi, and inadequate hardware disrupt work efficiency
