Abstract

- The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of employees at the kabawo District Office of Muna regency. Research approach using qualitative methods. Data collection was done through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. From the results of the research conducted it can be seen that the performance of employees at the kabawo District Office of muna regency as a whole the performance of employees has not been optimal, seen that some tasks have not been implemented optimally because not all employees understand the basic tasks and functions. However, judging from the routine services that exist at the sub-district office, it is said that it is quite good only from the ability of employees at the kabawo sub-district office, it is seen that some employees are still lacking in operating computers, and there are still employees who have not been disciplined in time, and from the infrastructure at the kabawo sub-district office that is not sufficient so that it will indirectly affect the performance of employees in the Kabawo sub-district, Muna regency.
