research that aims to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of services provided by the administration system. This study includes an analysis of various aspects, such as responsiveness, speed of service, accuracy of information, and quality of communication between related parties. The research method used may involve surveys of service users, interviews with administrative officers, and analysis of related documents. The results of the study indicate that: 1. Quality of BBN-KB services: the quality of the SAMSAT administration system service is good, but there are several things that need to be improved, namely the BBN-KB service time is still not in accordance with the service standards determined by the Samsat itself. 2. Obstacles to BBN-KB services: a. Human Resources Aspects: For officers from the police, sometimes there are other tasks outside of SAMSAT, b. Technical Aspects: Sometimes there is still damage to supporting equipment and infrastructure, especially electronic ones, c. Administrative Aspects: Incomplete files of requirements brought by taxpayers. This study has the potential to make a positive contribution to improving the efficiency and satisfaction of the community with public administration services.
