Based on the results of the study related to the Implementation of the Online STNK System Policy at Samsat Tondano, it can be concluded that it is not optimal, because the Online STNK service at the Samsat Tondano Office can be said to be not optimal, This can be seen from several indicators that still have obstacles in the implementation of its application.. Follow-up complaints require a maximum of 2 working days and every criticism, input, report will be considered in the meeting and evaluation at the end of each month. Then in terms of the infrastructure indicators, there are still obstacles where there is no special registration counter for STNK Online. In terms of the competence of the implementers, there are still many implementers who do not understand the information and appeals in circulation. In terms of the number of implementations, in its implementation the Tondano Samsat Office still lacks the number of officers. Then in terms of service guarantees, there is no Online STNK registration flow and discriminatory services are still found based on personal closeness.
