Abstract

The research was conducted at the Ministry of Community Empowerment and Village Affairs of Minahasa Regency This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through observation interviews and documentation The results of the research show that the implementation of the local government information system application at the Ministry of Community Empowerment and Village Affairs of Minahasa Regency is still not optimal as evidenced by delays in document submission and employees having to relearn how to use the application every year After conducting interviews several factors were identified as causes including frequent network errors training for using the application being conducted only once and the application changing every year < strong>< p>
