This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of customer service in Linda Salon Tomohon, The Method used in this research is a qualitative methid with data collection techiques through interviews, documentation and observation . the result of research on Customer Service Analysis of Existing Salons in Tomohon City, show that : 1) Product Qualty. Poor Products and poorly trained staff at Linda Salon Tomohon lead to customer dissatisfaction. 2) Service Quality; long wainting times and inconsistent service at Linda Salon Tomohon decrease customer experience. 3) Customer Response. Service at Linda Salon Tomohon still experience many problems ranging from responsive employees, tools and products used and long waiting time, this makes customer satisfaction.
