Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of customer service in Linda Salon Tomohon The Method used in this research is a qualitative methid with data collection techiques through interviews documentation and observation the result of research on Customer Service Analysis of Existing Salons in Tomohon City show that : 1 Product Qualty Poor Products and poorly trained staff at Linda Salon Tomohon lead to customer dissatisfaction 2 Service Quality; long wainting times and inconsistent service at Linda Salon Tomohon decrease customer experience 3 Customer Response Service at Linda Salon Tomohon still experience many problems ranging from responsive employees tools and products used and long waiting time this makes customer satisfaction < em>< strong>< p>
