Abstract

This study aims to find out and explain related to the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus in BKPSDM, with a descriptive qualitative research method, with the number of informants 5 people. The results of the study were focused on three indicators, namely Quantity, it was found that in this first indicator, namely quantity, it was less effective, because the work produced by employees was not in accordance with the SOP. Quality, in this indicator, it is found that the quality of the service provided is not in accordance with the SOP because in reality it shows that there are several employees in the employee development sub-division who often postpone work so that some work accumulates; Time, in this indicator, it is found that in this indicator it is still not optimal, because service time, time to come to the office, rest time and return to office that are already in the SOP, are not in accordance with employee rules.
