This research focuses on implementing family support in Kumelembuai Village. Employing a qualitative method, this study gathers data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected information is analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner. The findings reveal that: 1) Assistance from the Family Hope Program is misdirected due to inaccurate data. Discrepancies exist between central and regional data, and regular updates are lacking. 2) The distribution of assistance is delayed; some agents reduce both the amount and quality of aid provided, and issues with the Prosperous Family Card (KKS) frequently occur due to incorrect information. 3) The Family Hope Program would be highly beneficial if it reaches individuals who genuinely need it. However, there are recipients who continue to get help repeatedly, indicating the program's failure to improve community living standards. Therefore, the following recommendations are made: 1) The government needs to establish a unified system for tracking population data. The process of verifying this data should adhere to established protocols. The government should exercise care, enhance monitoring, and follow through on agreed-upon regulations to achieve the program's aims.
