Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Implementation of Infrastructure Technology on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the DPRD of North Sulawesi Province. The type of research used is quantitative research, namely to find the effect between variable X and variable Y. The data collection technique used is Observation, Questionnaire. With a sample of 46 people. The data analysis technique used is the Normality Test, Linearity Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely the t-Test. From the results of data analysis and discussion from the previous chapter, this study can be concluded that the Implementation of Infrastructure Technology has an effect on employee performance. This can be proven by: Based on the results of the determination coefficient test of the independent variable or the Implementation of infrastructure technology has an effect of 47% on the dependent variable or the performance of the North Sulawesi DPRD Secretariat Office Employees
