Pengaruh Digitalisasi Birokrasi Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Di Biro Kesejahteraan Rakyat Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of bureaucratic digitalization on the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at Biro Kesejahteraan Rakyat Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. The type of research used is quantitative research, which aims to find the influence between variable X and variable Y. The data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. With a sample of 45 ASN (State Civil Apparatus) individuals. The data analysis techniques used include Normality Test, Linearity Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely t-test. The research results show that the bureaucratic digitalization has a significant and linear impact on the performance of ASN. From the results of data analysis and discussion from the previous chapter, this research can be concluded that the bureaucracy has an influence on the improvement of ASN performance. The simple linear regression test results show that the digitalization of bureaucracy contributed 38% to the increase in ASN performance. This figure shows that the higher the level of application of digitalization in the bureaucracy, the higher the performance of ASN in carrying out their duties in carrying out their duties.
