This study aims to determine the Work Discipline of ASN at the Minahasa Regency Community and Village Empowerment Office this research uses a qualitative approach The results of the study focused on three indicators namely Punctuality it was found that punctuality at the Community and Village Empowerment Office was still not optimal Some employees still arrive late so people who have interests in the service have to wait longer Efforts to Improve Work Discipline in this indicator it is stated that the efforts made in improving the work discipline of the State Civil Apparatus at the Community and Village Empowerment Office include ASN coaching activities and the application of technology Compliance with the Rules in this indicator it was found that there were several employees at the Community and Village Empowerment Office who had violated the applicable provisions or failed to meet the standards that had been set so they were given disciplinary sanctions < em>< strong>< p> < td> < tr> < tbody> < table>
