Fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) di Desa Poigar Satu Kecamatan Sinonsayang Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
Abstract
This study aims to determine, describe and analyze the Functions of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Poigar Satu Village, Sinonsayang District, South Minahasa Regency using qualitative research methods. The results showed that: 1) The form of discussion and agreement on the Draft Village Regulations in Poigar village was carried out in the form of deliberations and there was a collection of community aspirations. There are still so many things that have not been decided by the BPD and the Village Government. 2) The process of collecting the aspirations of the people in Poigar Satu village is carried out by the ASMARA network in each guard, and has issued Perdes every year but only Perdes APD for the realization of the budget and Perdes social design. The existing Village Regulations are communicated to the public through outreach, billboards and the mass media. 3) Supervision by the BPD on the performance of the Head of Poigar Village, namely asking for accountability regarding physical development and administration in writing. But there are physical developments that have been made that have not been effectively felt by the community.
