Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan di Kantor Kelurahan Woloan Dua Kecamatan Tomohon Barat Kota Tomohon
Abstract
This study aims to find out how the quality of population administration services to the community. The current condition is not quit good, this can be seen because there are some people who feel that it is not completely good. And there are several service principles that have not been implemented. To get optimal service, the principles of service must really be applied. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research show that in the service process employees have not well done, because there are some people who are not satisfied with the services provided. This also be seen from several problems related to the following indicators, namely, regarding requitments, procedures, time, and infrastructure in woloan dua village.
