Efektivitas Pemerintah Desa Dalam Pengembangan Sektor Pertanian Di Desa Touure Kecamatan Tompaso Barat Kabupaten Minahasa

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the village government in developing agricultural structures in Touure village, West Tompaso sub-district, Minahasa regency. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The indicators to be studied are the proper formulation of the program, the effectiveness of the target program and the provision of facilities and infrastructure. Data analysis that will be used in this study is descriptive data analysis with a qualitative approach.

The results of the study showed that in preparing the right program for the development of the agricultural sector in Touure Village, the village government was right in preparing the program and in accordance with what was stated in the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 114 of 2014 which regulates Village Development Guidelines which are part of the implementation of village governance. In Target Program Effectiveness in the development of the agricultural sector in the Tourism Village of Tompaso Barat District, Minahasa Regency, the targets set by the village government have been achieved in improving community welfare. In the provision of facilities and infrastructure in the development of the agricultural sector, the tourism village government has not been optimal because the village government has not provided facilities in the form of agricultural machinery
