Pelayanan Publik Pada Kelurahan Kendis Kecamatan Tondano Timur Kabupaten Minahasa

Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe how the quality of public services in the Kendis Village, Tondano Timur District, Minahasa Regency. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The results of this study state that, where: 1) The services in the Kendis Village, Tondano Timur District, do not yet have the maximum quality of service that can satisfy the community as recipients of services from the existing government because there is still a government that often neglects various obligations in this regard with working hours, and there are still no adequate facilities that can be used to shorten and facilitate the service process in the Kendis Village, Tondano Timur District, 2) The services provided by the government are still convoluted, there is no openness regarding various program planning and various existing funds and budgets so that it still often raises various negative issues about the government in the Kendis Village, Tondano Timur District, 3) The services available in Kendis Village, Tondano Timur District have affordable and cheap services because there are no service fees charged, 4 ) There is no broad and comprehensive access to services to the community because they have constraints on inadequate facilities, there are no media that support the community to access all available services.
