Implementasi Program Aplikasi Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Pada Peserta Pekerja Penerima Upah Penyelenggara Negara (PPU PN) / Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Manado

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the national health insurance application program for participants who receive state administrator wages (PPU PN) / civil servants at the faculty of social sciences and law at UNIMA. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the number of informants is 5 people with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation, with data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of the National Health Insurance application program for participants who receive state administrator wages (PPU PN) / civil servants at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law at UNIMA has not gone completely well because it was found according to the research results that there were obstacles during the registration process, Participants do not understand this application, because there has been no notification or socialization from the BPJS in the field, participants experience difficulties when using the services in the JKN mobile application, namely difficulties with schedules not matching the application, the history in the application does not match what participants experience, it is hoped that BPJS Health Tondano Branch can be responsive in overcoming problems in the JKN Mobile Application so that it can be easily accessed by BPJS Health participants.
