Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the E-Kinerja application in the Regional Secretariat of Tomohon City. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. This research focuses on the standards & objectives of policy implementation, policy implementation mechanisms, and the success of policy implementation. The research location is at the Regional Secretariat of Tomohon City. The results of research on the Implementation of the E-Kinerja Application at the Regional Secretariat of Tomohon City show that: 1) With the E-Kinerja application, it facilitates all employee performance management and encourages employees to improve the quality of their performance. 2) Facilitate the provision of fair employee performance allowances, according to the employee's performance. 3) The application must be continuously improved so that it does not often have problems and the office needs to be equipped with supporting facilities to maximize performance reporting. 4) It is necessary to conduct thorough and continuous socialization / training so that employees can understand its use properly.
