PENGALAMAN SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING WANITA KARIR PASCA PERCERAIAN DI KELURAHAN TALETE DUA KOTA TOMOHON
Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman subjective well-being wanita karir pasca perceraian di Kelurahan Talete Dua, Kota Tomohon. Perceraian sering kali berdampak mendalam pada kesejahteraan emosional, terutama bagi wanita karir yang sudah lama bercerai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memahami bagaimana wanita karir mengelola perasaan dan menjaga kesejahteraan emosional mereka. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Penelitian ini juga menggali strategi coping dan peran karir dalam membentuk subjective well-being. Selain itu, penelitian ini memperhatikan pentingnya dukungan sosial, pengaruh stigma, dan transformasi identitas pasca perceraian. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru tentang kesehatan mental dan dukungan sosial bagi wanita karir yang sudah lama bercerai, serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori dan kebijakan yang lebih inklusif.

Abstract: The study aims to explore the subjective well-being experiences of career women after divorce in Talete Dua Village, Tomohon City. Divorce often has a profound impact on emotional well-being, particularly for career women who have been divorced for an extended period. This research employs a qualitative approach to understand how these women manage their emotions and maintain their emotional well-being. Data collection is conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The study also examines coping strategies and the role of a career in shaping subjective well-being. Additionally, it considers the importance of social support, the influence of stigma, and identity transformation following divorce. The findings are expected to provide new insights into mental health and social support for long-divorced career women and contribute to the development of more inclusive theories and policies.
