The research method used was a quantitative method with a sample of 181 subjects using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The Impostor Phenomenon in this study was measured using the Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale (CIPS) which was modified by researchers and the Big Five Personality was measured using the International Personality Item Pool - Big Five Markers (IPIP - BFM) measuring instrument. The CIPS validity test found 20 valid items and the IPIP – BFM validity test found 42 valid items. Of all the dimensions studied, it shows that the extraversion dimension has a calculated t value of -2.760 with a significant value of 0.006 (p &lt; 0.05). It is concluded that the extraversion dimension has a significant negative influence on the impostor phenomenon along with the emotional stability dimension which has a t value. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in JNT Express GPI Branch Manado City Employees. Data collection in this study used the Perceived Organizational Support (POS) scale which uses the theory of Rhoades and Eisenberger (2002) which consists of 38 items and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale which uses the theory of Organ et al (2006) which has 10 items. Individuals with high subjective well-being experience life satisfaction, frequently feel joy, and seldom encounter unpleasant emotions such as sadness or anger. Conversely, individuals with low subjective well-being are dissatisfied with their lives, experience little joy and affection, and more frequently encounter negative emotions. This study aims to explore the characteristics and factors influencing subjective well-being in adolescents residing in the Nazaret orphanage in Tomohon. Employing a qualitative research method, this study involves two early adolescent subjects. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The techniques used in collecting this data are interviews, observation and documentation. The research results obtained show that the depiction of gratitude in the two homosexual subjects generally has similarities in the depiction of grateful behavior. Appreciation of one's own abilities greatly influenced both subjects' behavior. In both subjects it was found that they always did good things regardless of their sexual orientation as homosexuals. Both of them think that anyone can do good, regardless of the problems they experience in their respective lives. Within the circle of friendship between the two subjects, good acceptance without discrimination is also shown regarding the situation they are experiencing. A high desire was reflected in both subjects to show that homosexual behavior did not affect their good deeds and careers. The method used in this study is quantitative. This study was conducted on 211 respondents of psychology study program students from the 2022-2023 intake. The results of the study Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, based on the results of simple regression, a significant positive effect was found.
