Penurunan PDRB Kabupaten Trenggalek tahun 2020 akibat covid 19 menyebabkan penurunan produktivitas di setiap sektor ekonomi dan berpengaruh terhadap tenaga kerja sektoral Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi unggulan peran sektor unggulan terhadap pembangunan ekonomi dan membandingkan kecepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi sektoral dengan kontribusi penyerapan tenaga kerja menggunakan alat analisis Location Quostient LQ Shift Share SS dan matriks perbandingan Data yang digunakan berupa Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Kabupaten Trenggalek dan Provinsi Jawa Timur Tahun 2016 2020 serta Tenaga Kerja Sektoral Kabupaten Trenggalek tahun 2019 2020 Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari tujuh belas sektor terdapat delapan sektor basis unggulan di Kabupaten Trenggalek pada tahun 2016 2020 Sektor basis unggulan yang memiliki kontribusi paling tinggi sebelum dan saat pandemi covid 19 adalah sektor pertanian < p>

The decline in Trenggalek Regency s GRDP in 2020 due to Covid 19 caused a decrease in productivity in every economic sector and affected the sectoral workforce Therefore this study aims to analyze the leading potential the role of the leading sector in economic development and compare the speed of sectoral economic growth with the contribution of employment using Location Quostient LQ Shift Share SS analysis tools and comparison matrices The data used is in the form of Gross Regional Domestic Product of Trenggalek Regency and East Java Province in 2016 2020 and Sectoral Workforce of Trenggalek Regency in 2019 2020 The results of the analysis show that of the seventeen sectors there are eight basic leading sectors in Trenggalek Regency in 2016 2020 The base sector leading that had the highest contribution before and during the COVID 19 pandemic was the agricultural sector< em> < em>< p>
