Jl. Sam Ratulangi Winangun, is unsignalized intersection which has three intersection branches to connect the city of Tomohon, Manado city, and the surrounding area of Winangun. This intersection is that often occurs traffic congestion during busy hour. The volume of traffic at this intersection is quite high, in the covid-19 pandemic the volume of traffic at this intersection is slightly reduced but during busy hour the traffic density often occurs so the volume and performance of traffic on busy hours. With using the reference from Indonesia capacity manual 2017. Data collection is done of one week that is in the first week of May 2021. The results of calculation were found in the Tomohon approach the highest volume was on the day of Tuesday with a total volume of 1320.7 skr/day, and with a number of vehicles as many 16201 vehicles/day, and the peak hour in the morning at 11:00-12:00 am with a traffic volume of 11205skr/hour, with a degree of saturations value of 0.42, the volume of the intersection delay 6.62, the queues probability value 8-20% and for peak hours in afternoon, that is at 16:00-17:00 pm with a traffic volume of 1353skr/hour, with a degree of saturations value of 0.53, the volume of the intersection delay 8.09, the queues probability value 12-26%. The Manado approach the highest volume on Wednesday with a total volume of 8250skr/day, with a number of vehicles as many 13664 vehicles/day, and the peak hour in the morning at 11:00-12:00 am with a traffic volume of 1020skr/hour, with a degree of saturation value of 0.50, the value intersections delay is 7.84, the queues probability value is 11-25% and for the afternoon peak hour, that is at 15:00-16:00 pm with a traffic volume of 1141.7skr/hour, the degree of saturation value is 0.50, the intersection delay value is 8.52, and the queues probability value is 12-26%. For the level existing service approach is class B.
