Humans cannot be separated from education, because education is a very important element in human life. In the world of education, schools are places where there is a teaching and learning interaction that involves teachers as educators and students as students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model on learning outcomes of Automotive Engineering Drawing Class X SMK Kristen Kawangkoan. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the learning model of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model affects the learning outcomes of Automotive Engineering Drawing Class X SMK Kristen Kawangkoan. This research was conducted on students of class X Motorcycle Business Engineering (TBSM) SMK Kristen Kawangkoan. The method used in this research is the experimental method. Data collection is done by holding a test. The data in this study were obtained by using the T-test formula to see the difference between the pretest and posttest scores. With the research technique using the T-test formula, namely: analyzing the use of the T-test at a significant level = 0.05 if the value of Sig (2-tailed) < 0.05 then there is a significant effect between learning outcomes on the pretest and posttest value data. If the value of Sig (2-tailed) > 0.05 then there is no significant effect between learning outcomes on the pretest and posttest value data. Because there are differences in the learning outcomes of Automotive Engineering Drawings in the pretest and posttest after applying the Problem Based Learning model. So the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model can affect learning outcomes in the subject of Automotive Engineering Drawing Class X SMK Kristen Kawangkoan.
