ABSTRACT
Management of tourist objects is important in supporting tourism to increase tourist objects, therefore the management of facilities and infrastructure is needed to support the improvement of tourist objects. This research is to find out the Management of Doe Masure Beach Tourism Object, Balbar Village, North Oba District, Tidore City Archipelago. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the study, the management of Doe Masure Beach facilities and infrastructure has not fully achieved maximum results in developing the availability of facilities and infrastructure and management to support tourism. For example narrow access roads, small parking lots, cottages that need to be added and existing facilities that are not in good condition.
