Interaksi Sosial antar Organisasi Kemahasiswaan yang Bersifat Kedaerahan di Lingkungan Universitas Negeri Manado

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of interaction between youth organizations and the impact of the interaction process built by the Manado State University Environment. This study used qualitative research. The research method used in this study was a qualitative research method. The reason the researcher uses this type of qualitative research is because the researcher makes direct contact with the respondents in order to observe their behavior, opinions, attitudes, and utilization based on the views of the research subjects. The results of the research that have been carried out indicate that the process of interaction that occurs between youth members who are regional in nature, especially from the jailolo area, the interaction was built with the aim that this organization can have a good impact on members who are members so that communication and interaction need to be maintained especially with members who are members of the community. just joined so that this organization will continue to run according to its function and the impact of the interaction process in this regional organization where the positive impact can train students to think critically in organizing and with this organization it is easier for students to get to know one another. While the negative impact is that many students are active in organizational activities and do not care about their studies.
