Abstract

The problem in this study is the role of single parent mothers with civil servant jobs in dividing time with family with the focus of research namely Educational Needs, and Educational Needs by using the research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach (qualitative research). Working as a civil servant is not without obstacles because the role that is carried out as a mother and also a father who works as a civil servant must manage time between work and caring for and educating children. In meeting the needs of children, mothers who work as civil servants must also have extra work after school, namely gardening so that they can meet family needs.
