Abstract

The problem in this study is to find out how the Dodap Pantai Village Community Participates in the Development of Woka Beach Tourism, Tutuyan District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. With the focus of the problem, namely How is the Community Participation of Dodap Pantai Village in Developing Woka Beach Tourism in order to support the Sapta Pesona Program, as well as instilling public awareness in the context of developing a tourist village in Dodap Pantai Village, Tutuyan Bolaang Mongondow Timur sub-district. By using qualitative research methods with data analysis techniques Interview and Observation. Data analysis technique that uses data reduction steps, data display and verification. Test the validity of the data using source and method triangulation. So the results of the research are the Woka Beach Tourism Development Process in Dodap Pantai Village, Bolaang Mongondow Timur Regency, although it is hampered by various obstacles, the government and the community continue to strive to develop the existing potential by socializing it to the community and helping every existing government program.
