The study aims to explore the subjective well-being experiences of career women after divorce in Talete Dua Village, Tomohon City. Divorce often has a profound impact on emotional well-being, particularly for career women who have been divorced for an extended period. This research employs a qualitative approach to understand how these women manage their emotions and maintain their emotional well-being. Data collection is conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The study also examines coping strategies and the role of a career in shaping subjective well-being. Additionally, it considers the importance of social support, the influence of stigma, and identity transformation following divorce. The findings are expected to provide new insights into mental health and social support for long-divorced career women and contribute to the development of more inclusive theories and policies
