This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, promotion and service quality on customer loyalty through purchasing decisions of Alfamart Ruko Beryl Gading Serpong minimarket customers. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method which is ex post facto in nature where the data is collected using a questionnaire and then manages the data and the analysis used is descriptive analysis. The quantitative research method in this study was carried out to test the influence of product quality, promotion and service quality on customer loyalty through purchasing decisions of Alfamart customers in the Serpong area. The Quality and Service Quality variables have a significant positive effect on the respondents' customer loyalty. The variable that does not have a positive effect on customer loyalty is the Promotion variable. Berdasarkan data statistik BNPB, sepanjang tahun 2023 telah terjadi 3.239 kejadian bencana alam di seluruh Indonesia. Dalam hal penyelenggaraan penanggulangan bencana, pemerintah daerah membentuk Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) yang salah satu fungsinya adalah pengoordinasian pelaksanaan kegiatan penanggulangan bencana secara terencana, terpadu, dan menyeluruh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji lebih dalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi koordinasi BPBD dalam penyelenggaraan penanggulangan bencana. Metode penelitian dengan melakukan literature review dengan mencari dan mengumpulkan studi pustaka melalui media elektronik menggunakan beberapa databased seperti Google Scholar dan Semantic Scholar dengan kata kunci dan pemilihan artikel untuk penelitian ini menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Berdasarkan hasil literature review, terdapat beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi koordinasi BPBD dalam penanggulangan bencana, yaitu: Hubungan Koordinasi baik vertikal maupun horizontal; elemen mekanisme dasar koordinasi yaitu Hierarki Manajemen, Peraturan dan Prosedur, serta Perencanaan dan Penetapan Tujuan; Komunikasi; Kompetensi dan Evaluasi. Penting untuk memastikan koordinasi yang baik antara BPBD dan lembaga/instansi terkait agar penanggulangan bencana dapat berjalan lebih efisien dan efektif.</p> <p> </p> <p><em>Disaster events have increased rapidly over the past few decades, with 3,239 natural disasters occurring throughout Indonesia in 2023 (BNPB, 2024). In terms of organizing disaster management, the local government forms a Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), one of whose functions is to coordinate the implementation of disaster management activities in a planned, integrated, and comprehensive manner. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the factors that influence the coordination of BPBDs in organizing disaster management. The research method is to conduct a literature review by searching and collecting literature studies through electronic media using several databases such as Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar with keywords and selecting articles for this study using inclusion and exclusion criteria. This research was carried out using Microsoft Excel software to collect and process data and then will be analyzed using Microsoft Power BI to visualize the data. Data was collected from Biro Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) at the Catholic University of De La Salle Manado. Employee awareness of using the attendance device at the Catholic University of De La Salle Manado in the mean is significantly low. Based on the data provided, the low level of the mean does not represent personal awareness, considering the maximum attendance personally is 100% and the minimum attendance is 0%. This range could impact the mean significantly, so, the result in this research is the mean of all employees, not personally. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara variabel <em>organizational justice</em> dan <em>teamwork</em> terhadap kinerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey, sampel 52 karyawan diambil dengan teknik sampel jenuh, data diolah menggunakan SPSS 22. Adapun analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji determinasi, uji F, uji T, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas. Hipotesis terdiri dari terdapat pengaruh <em>organizational justice</em> terhadap kepuasan kerja, <em>teamwork</em> terhadap kepuasan kerja, <em>organizational justice</em> terhadap kinerja, <em>teamwork</em> terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh tidak langsung <em>organizational justice</em> terhadap kinerja, dan pengaruh tidak langsung <em>teamwork</em> terhadap kinerja. Hasil dari penelitian adalah <em>organizational justice</em> berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan <em>teamwork</em> berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja, tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung <em>organizational justice</em> terhadap kinerja, <em>teamwork</em> berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja, <em>organizational justice</em> berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja, <em>teamwork</em> berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Impak penelitian adalah memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengambilan kebijakan dan keputusan manajemen untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan.</p> <p><em>This research is motivated by the gap between expected performance and current performance. The aim is to determine whether there is an influence between organizational justice and teamwork variables on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach, a sample of 52 employees taken using the total sampling technique, and data processed using SPSS 22. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, determination test, F-test, T-test, validity test, reliability test, and normality test. The hypothesis consists of the influence of organizational justice on job satisfaction, teamwork on job satisfaction, organizational justice on performance, teamwork on </em><em>performance, job satisfaction on performance, indirect influence of organizational justice on performance, and indirect influence of teamwork on performance. The results of the study are that organizational justice has a direct effect on job satisfaction, and teamwork has a direct effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a direct effect on performance, there is no direct influence of organizational justice on performance, teamwork has a direct effect on performance, organizational justice has an indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction, teamwork has an indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction. Transformasi digital telah menjadi faktor kunci dalam perkembangan dan keberlangsungan bisnis di era digital saat ini. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan pilar penting dalam perekonomian lokal, termasuk di Kota Manado. Namun, UMKM sering menghadapi tantangan dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital dan memanfaatkannya secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melakukan survey melalui angket terhadap 55 pelaku UMKM di Kota Manado dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Domain Pelanggan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keberlangsungan Usaha UMKM, Domain Persaingan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keberlangsungan Usaha UMKM, dan Domain Inovasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keberlangsungan Usaha UMKM di Kota Manado. Sedangkan secara simultan, ketiga variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keberlangsungan Usaha UMKM di Kota Manado. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam memahami bagaimana transformasi digital dapat menjadi motor penggerak keberlangsungan usaha UMKM, khususnya di Kota Manado, yang memiliki potensi ekonomi besar namun masih memerlukan akselerasi dalam bidang digitalisasi.</p> <p> </p> <p><em>This research aims to analyze the role of digital transformation in supporting the sustainability of MSME businesses in Manado City. Digital transformation has become a key factor in the development and sustainability of business in the current digital era. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important pillar in the local economy, including in the City of Manado. However, MSMEs often face challenges in adopting digital technology and making optimal use of it. This research uses a quantitative approach by conducting a survey via questionnaire of 55 MSME actors in Manado City using a purposive sampling technique. Data will be analyzed to identify the opportunities and challenges faced by MSMEs in adopting digital transformation, as well as to evaluate the impact of digital transformation on the sustainability of their businesses. The results of this research are that the Customer Domain partially has a significant effect on the Sustainability of MSME Businesses, the Competition Domain partially has a significant effect on the Sustainability of MSME Businesses, and the Innovation Domain partially has a significant effect on the Sustainability of MSME Businesses in Manado City. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on the sustainability of MSME businesses in Manado City.
