Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi dinamika multikulturalisme di Indonesia melalui pendekatan sosiologis integratif yang menggabungkan perspektif akademis dengan prinsip-prinsip normatif Islam. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka kualitatif komprehensif, melakukan pencarian sistematis di berbagai basis data akademik dengan kriteria inklusi publikasi ilmiah antara 2003-2023, dan menerapkan teknik analisis konten kualitatif melalui pengkodean tematik, analisis komparatif, dan triangulasi teoritis. Hasil penelitian mengungkap kompleksitas identitas budaya Indonesia sebagai proses dinamis dan transformatif, di mana individu dan komunitas aktif merekonstruksi identitas melalui negosiasi budaya yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian mengidentifikasi empat dimensi kunci: pembentukan identitas budaya yang cair, pluralitas agama sebagai mekanisme mediasi, kerangka kelembagaan dalam manajemen multikultural, serta peran teknologi digital dalam mentransformasi interaksi lintas budaya. Studi ini menawarkan perspektif teoritis inovatif yang memandang keragaman budaya sebagai proses sosial konstruktif dan dinamis.
