<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aksesibilitas dan pengalaman wisatawan pada kepuasan wisatawan di Objek Wisata Alam Batu Lempar Garut. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode <em>non-probability</em> sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dan sampel yang digunakan adalah wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke Objek Wisata Alam Batu Lempar minimal satu kali kunjungan. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan alat bantu Smart PLS 3.0 dan responden berjumlah 100 orang. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi penyebaran kuesioner pada Google Form. Menurut hasil penelitian, didapat bahwa aksesibilitas berpengaruh signifikan dan positif pada kepuasan wisatawan dan variabel pengalaman wisatawan juga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif pada kepuasan wisatawan di Objek Wisata Alam Batu Lempar Garut.</p>Fitriani FitriRohimat Hurhasan Dani Adiatma

<p>Kaum perempuan sering diidentikkan hanya dengan urusan domestik, sehingga peran mereka dalam masyarakat diabaikan, menyebabkan partisipasi mereka dalam kegiatan usaha lebih rendah dibandingkan laki-laki dan pemberdayaan perempuan tidak maksimal, termasuk kaum perempuan di Desa Wisata Girimekar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan pemberdayaan perempuan dalam kegiatan kuliner tradisional dalam perspektif Sosiologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap perempuan yang terlibat dalam sektor kuliner tradisional. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis untuk mengungkapkan dampak pemberdayaan perempuan dalam kegiatan kuliner tradisional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan kuliner tradisional di Desa Wisata Girimekar mencerminkan kearifan lokal yang berpadu dengan nilai sosial dan keindahan alam. Partisipasi perempuan dalam memproduksi makanan tradisional memperkuat ikatan sosial, melestarikan tradisi, dan berkontribusi pada perekonomian masyarakat. Pemberdayaan perempuan dalam kuliner tradisional mencakup aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya. Perempuan tidak hanya mengembangkan keterampilan memasak, tetapi juga berperan penting dalam ekonomi keluarga, serta melestarikan warisan budaya kuliner tradisional. Pemberdayaan perempuan ini mencerminkan fenomena sosial yang melibatkan peran gender, norma budaya, dan jaringan sosial. Perempuan berperan sebagai pelestari tradisi sekaligus agen perubahan yang meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga dan mendukung pengembangan usaha kuliner. Pemberdayaan perempuan di Desa Wisata Girimekar perlu diperkuat melalui akses yang lebih baik terhadap modal, pendidikan, teknologi, serta pelatihan berkelanjutan.</p>Didin Syarifuddin

<p>Health disparities are a global challenge that requires a comprehensive approach in addressing them. This study aims to analyze the role of nurses in addressing health disparities with a focus on ethical considerations and public health implications. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with a systematic literature study, analyzing scientific publications from 2019-2024 through the PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, and Web of Science databases. Thematic analysis was conducted using the PRISMA framework to identify key themes. The results of the study revealed three main findings: (1) the transformative role of nurses as agents of change in the health system, (2) the complexity of ethical challenges in nursing practice, and (3) significant implications for public health. Analysis through Leininger's transcultural nursing theory and Parsons' structural functional theory shows the importance of integrating cultural understanding with a systemic approach in addressing health disparities. <p>This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Range of Motion (ROM) exercises in reducing pain and improving social function in patients with knee osteoarthritis, and to identify factors that influence the success of ROM program implementation. The study used a qualitative approach with a systematic literature study method. Data were collected through searches in the electronic databases PubMed, Scopus, and CINAHL with the inclusion criteria of primary research articles in 2019-2024. Data analysis was carried out thematically using NVIVO software and quality assessment using the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool. An effective ROM program includes a duration of 30-45 minutes per session with a frequency of 3-4 times per week, showing a significant decrease in pain after 4-6 weeks of implementation. Improved social function is seen through active participation in community activities and better social interactions. Key success factors include program personalization, early professional supervision, and family support. Understanding of the effectiveness of ROM is reinforced by nursing and sociological theories that emphasize the importance of a holistic approach in the management of knee osteoarthritis.</p>Nurhayati NurhayatiRitawati RitawatiAsniah SyamsuddinEka WarnidarEka Oktarina RianiIsneini Isneini
