The community expects the government to be able to manage this tourist attraction well. Beach and underwater tourism must be considered and sustainable so that marine biota do not become extinct. The results showed that the damaged condition of the mangrove forest ecosystem, specifically in Kei Besar sub-district, was already in a critical condition (damaged), where most of the mangrove trees were dead/dry due to frequent felling, resulting in a decrease in numbers. This factor is caused by the low awareness of the people who use mangroves as firewood and ignore the function of mangroves as ecosystems that support the coastal environment and fish shelters and fishing grounds must be far from the coast. The role of the government is considered low and there are no rules in the use and preservation of mangroves in Kei Besar District, Southeast Maluku Regency. Therefore, public awareness and even the role of the sub-district government is needed in dealing with the damage to the mangrove forest ecosystem in Kei Besar on an ongoing basis.
2024-12-17T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Social Science https://ejurnal.unima.ac.id/index.php/social-science/article/view/9903 Karakteristik Objek Wisata di Kecamatan Tatapaan Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan 2024-11-16T13:36:59+00:00 Vivilia Fitri Darotong viviliafitrydarotong@gmail.com Maxi Tendean maxitendean@unima.ac.id Kalvin Salindeho Andaria kalvinsandaria@unima.ac.id Jolanda Esther Kaihatu jolandakaihatu@unima.ac.id
This research focuses on the type of tourist attraction, the attractiveness of the tourist attraction, and the development of tourism potential. This study aims to identify the challenges law enforcement faces against money laundering practices that utilize cryptocurrency. The study results show that although there are regulations governing crypto asset transactions, money laundering practices are still rampant due to the anonymous nature and complexity of blockchain technology. Law enforcement has difficulty in tracking transactions and identifying perpetrators, especially due to the many loopholes in the law. Cooperation between government agencies and law enforcement is needed to improve the effectiveness of supervision and law enforcement against money laundering crimes using cryptocurrency. A qualitative methodology was utilized, incorporating literature review, observations, interviews, and documentation for data collection. Data analysis was conducted through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that students respond positively to the strategies implemented by teachers, such as paying attention to the teacher, engaging with the material presented, and demonstrating active participation in learning activities. These strategies contribute to positive student behaviors, including helping peers, effective time management, active engagement in the learning process, achieving good academic results, and striving for success. However, several factors hinder the efforts of teachers to enhance student motivation in geography learning. These factors include individual motives, lack of uniformity in teaching methods, limited media usage, inadequate environmental conditions, insufficient parental attention, and low motivation levels among students. To overcome these barriers, teachers can create a conducive learning environment, intensify interactions with students, employ enjoyable learning traps, and establish a supportive atmosphere for learning.
2024-12-17T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Social Science https://ejurnal.unima.ac.id/index.php/social-science/article/view/10845 Analisis Yuridis dan Praktis Pemberhentian Presiden dalam Perspektif Hukum Tata Negara 2024-12-16T06:40:59+00:00 Reynold Simandjuntak reynoldssimanjuntak@unima.ac.id Pia Bertha Sarumaha piaberthasarumaha74@gmail.com
The dismissal of the President in the Indonesian constitutional system is a complex and crucial issue, especially after the amendment to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. This process involves legal and political aspects that can affect government stability. This research aims to analyze the mechanism for dismissing the President as regulated in the 1945 Constitution and the challenges faced in its implementation. The research method used is normative legal research, which examines the provisions in the 1945 Constitution and other statutory regulations. The research results show that the inconsistency between the political decisions of the People's Representative Council (DPR) and the legal decisions of the Constitutional Court (MK) is caused by normative phrases in the Constitution that provide freedom in interpretation. Therefore, better coordination is needed between the DPR, MPR, and MK to ensure a transparent and accountable process.
