<p><em>XI of SMA Negeri 1 Tomohon. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were geography teachers and students at SMA Negeri 1 Tomohon. This study used reduction analysis techniques, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. By collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence student character in geography learning. It can be seen from the results of the interview that internal factors are the formation of character from the students themselves and encouragement from their surroundings. The second is external factors are factors consisting of family, cultural, and social school environments that help students grow and develop character. <p><em>This research aims to find out whether using the library as a learning resource’ interest in learning to find out the role of teachers in motivating students to use the library as a learning resource for class XI IPS students at Tumou Tou Girian Bitung Christian High School. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The research results prove that libraries are part of an effective learning resource, it can be seen from students feeling happy when studying in the library because it is easy to get information and complate assignments. The library provides many reference books that help students learn more quickly and easily. This explains that using the library as a learning resource can increase students’ interest in learning. <p><em>The main research problem is how the use of Jigsaw learning can improve students' learning outcomes in geography subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Remboken. The research objective is to determine the use of Jigsaw learning to enhance students' learning outcomes in geography subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Remboken.</em> <em>The research method employed is descriptive quantitative research, with data collection techniques including observation, documentation, interviews, and tests as the main techniques. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The research respondents are 27 students from class Xb. </em><em>The research findings indicate that: 1) The results of the learning activities show that the majority of students who participated in this research demonstrated good learning activities during the learning process. 2) Most students who participated in this research showed successful participation in the learning activities, resulting in good learning outcomes. The data shows that students achieved a score of ≥ 70, with all 27 students (100% of the participants) obtaining this score. <p><em>This study analyzes the relationship between learning interest and geography learning outcomes of students at SMA Advent Bitung using a quantitative survey method on 21 students. Data were collected through a questionnaire that measures learning interest based on indicators such as feelings of pleasure, attention, interest, engagement, and participation, and learning outcomes are measured through students' geography learning outcomes. The results show that students' learning interest is in the high category with an average score above 72, while the average geography learning outcome score is 73. Data analysis using the Pearson correlation test produced a correlation coefficient of 0.866, indicating a very strong relationship between the two variables. The t-test also showed significance below 0.05, confirming a significant positive relationship. <p><em>This study aims to determine the socio-economic study of cap tikus farmers in Wuwuk Village, Tareran District, South Minahasa Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The level of education of cap tikus farmers in Wuwuk Village is in the middle category. 2) The income of cap tikus farmers is an average of IDR 4,000,000/month, with the highest income of IDR 6,000,000/month and the lowest IDR 2,700,000/month 3) The level of consumption or expenditure of cap tikus farmers per month is at least around IDR 3,000,000 and at most IDR 7,000,000, which is for daily needs. 4) Ownership of assets or land used by farmers for processing cap tikus still uses land owned by other people. 5) Farmers' access to the cap tikus processing site is poor because of uneven development, in this case some roads are already concrete and some are still dirt. 6) Marketing of captikus in Wuwuk Village is still limited because farmers only sell cap tikus to collectors and some of them sell retail at their homes.</em></p>Miranti Friyana WuisanJolanda Esther KaihatuEllen Eva PoliSelvana Treny Rosita TewalErick LobjaCahya Gumilang

<p><em>The purpose of the study was to determine the development of the 'captikus' processing industry in Tokin Village. The research method was descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques were observation, documentation, interviews and tests as the main techniques. The sample was purposive sampling. <p><em>The aim of this research is to examine community participation in environmental cleanliness in Para Lelle Village, Tatoareng District, Sangihe Islands Regency. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research 1)Forms of community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness in Para Lelle Village are seen based on the context, namely real forms of participation consisting of labor participation and skills participation. Meanwhile, forms of community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness in Para Lelle Village are seen based on their involvement, namely direct participation. 2)The level of community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness in Para Lelle Village is still relatively low and medium. 3)There are two factors that influence community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness in Para Lelle Village, namely driving factors and inhibiting factors. The driving factors for community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness in Para Lelle Village are the level of knowledge, length of stay, and the role of government and community leaders. <p><em>He main research problem is "how is community participation in environmental preservation efforts in the Korololama Village area, District Petasia†The aim of the research is to determine community participation in environmental conservation efforts in Korololama Village. Qualitative research methods, data collection techniques namely observation, documentation and interviews. Sample data collection was carried out purposively sampling and snowball, with research informants namely community leaders, village government and residents totaling 9 informants. <p><em>Tujuan utama dari s</em><em>urvei ini adalah untuk </em><em>mendeskripsikan bagaimana </em><em>t</em><em>i</em><em>ngkat kepuasan masyarakat </em><em>Batu Bara </em><em>terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang ada</em><em> di setiap Dinas di Kabupaten Batu Bara. </em><em>Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai analisis kepuasan masyarakat dalam pelayanan publik di setiap Dinas yang ada di Kabupaten Batu Bara. Untuk menganalisis nilai </em><em>S</em><em>urvei </em><em>K</em><em>epuasan </em><em>M</em><em>asyarakat dihitung dengan menggunakan "nilai rata-rata tertimbang" masing-masing unsur pelayanan. </em><em>Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (a) Nilai </em><em>Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat diketahui sebesar </em><em>73,64</em><em>%. Indeks ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang ada di D</em><em>inas-Dinas </em><em>Kabupaten </em><em>Batu Bara masuk dalam </em><em>kategori “</em><em>KURANG </em><em>BAIK”(</em><em>C</em><em>); (b) Dari sembilan unsur pelayanan yang diukur, </em><em>hanya </em><em>terdapat </em><em>dua </em><em>unsur pelayanan yang menunjukan kategori “BAIK” yakni di unsur </em><em>kompetensi petugas dan </em><em>unsur perilkau petugas</em><em>.
