The Terminal Type A Malalayang Improvement Project carries a high risk of occupational accidents, especially in structural work. The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is a primary measure to reduce these risks, but worker compliance is influenced by attitude, knowledge, PPE availability, and supervision. This study employed a descriptive quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires and interviews, analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that attitude (p = 0.000), knowledge (p = 0.006), PPE availability (p = 0.001), and supervision (p = 0.034) significantly influenced PPE usage behavior. Workers who consistently used PPE were largely protected from accidents, while those who were non-compliant experienced minor accidents. It is recommended to implement safety training, provision of complete PPE, strengthened supervision, and development of worker attitudes and knowledge to create a safer working environment.
