This study aims to utilize industrial waste from stilt house construction in Tombasian Village as an alternative raw material for producing particle boards of the Cement Bonded Particle Board (CBPB) type. The research employs a quantitative method, and the type of study conducted is experimental. The results indicate that CBPB produced from industrial waste of stilt houses has an average flexural strength (MOR) of 39.985 kg/cm², with a composition of 60% cement, 10% lime, 25% wood particles, and 5% sawdust, and an average density value of 1.329 g/cm³. CBPB made from stilt house industrial waste in Tombasian Village shows great potential. This demonstrates that CBPB derived from wood particles and sawdust from the Tombasian Village industry could serve as an ideal construction material with wide applications in manufacturing such as furniture, walls, wall panels, and flooring as well as a cost effective alternative to conventional wood.
