Abstract

Labor productivity is a key element that determines the success of construction project implementation, especially in large-scale projects that have a direct impact on public services, such as the Improvement of Malalayang Type A Terminal project. This study aims to analyze the effect of labor productivity on project completion time and identify the most significant factors influencing productivity. A quantitative approach with regression analysis was used to measure the influence of variables such as work experience, material and equipment availability, motivation/wages, and work environment conditions on project duration. The results show that all four variables simultaneously have a significant effect on project completion time, with the regression model explaining 61.1% of the time variation. Partially, material and equipment availability is the most dominant factor affecting project duration. These findings emphasize the importance of optimal resource management to improve labor productivity and enhance project time efficiency.
