Manajemen Sumber Daya dalam Peningkatan Pelayanan Umum Tenaga Kependidikan di Universitas Negeri Manado
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to improve the public service of education personnel at Manado State University. This study uses a survey method with a sample of 20 people. Research data obtained from questionnaires that have been distributed and then analyzed using simple linear regression. The research results obtained include HR management indicators with an average score of 3.96 and indicators of public service quality with an average score of 3.98. This means that both indicators are included in the good criteria. From the results of data analysis concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of HR management on the quality of service quality with a contribution of 0.592 or 59.2% and the remaining 40.8% influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test is obtained, t-count > t-table (8.341>2.011), so there is not enough evidence to accept H0 so H1, meaning that there is a positive and significant relationship between HR management and the quality of public services for administrative staff at Manado State University.
