Pelaksanaan Supervisi Pengajaran Berbasis Blended Learning di SMK Negeri 1 Bitung Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out how the teaching supervision was carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung during the covid-19 pandemic using the Blended learning method. It should be noted that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung was carried out online (within the network) and offline (outside the network). With this kind of learning, the school has indirectly carried out Blended learning-based teaching. This is what will be investigated by researchers with research subjects from elements of principals and teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. The research method is qualitative using descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that through the supervision of teaching at the planning stage carried out by school principals during the Covid-19 pandemic, it was adjusted to the Blended learning teaching model. The supervision carried out is supported by the learning facilities and infrastructure available at the school. at the implementation stage there are some differences between theory and reality in the field, especially about offline and online learning times. SMK Negeri 1 Bitung conducts learning with a shift system or offline or online change. The evaluation stage is carried out by the supervisor (principal) through device checks, teacher attendance at school (offline) and online reports as well as direct monitoring from the supervisor.
