Abstract

Lecturer performance is determined by many factors, some of which are the culture and climate of the organization. Some studies prove the relationship of lecturers' performance with the culture and climate of the organization but for case studies in Manado City has not been done much. The 2019 national exam placed North Sulawesi province 30th out of 33 provinces in Indonesia. Although on a regional scale Manado City has the highest national test scores, these results need to be found a solution. This research aims to analyze the relationship between lecturer performance and organizational culture and climate. The study was conducted in Manado City on 55 lecturer samples. The results of this study were then analyzed to determine which factors were most dominant in improving lecturer performance. Research methods are descriptive and justified by correlational research methods using SPSS. Research methods are descriptive and justified by correlational research methods using SPSS. The results showed there was a positive relationship of lecturer performance with the culture and climate of the organization. Based on the results of significance testing and solidity testing and can be concluded that regression equations are significant and linear. The conclusion of this study reveals that improving the performance of the organization's climate chief, must be understood individually as well as collectively. Understanding the climatic conditions of the organization both individually and collectively will provide an overview of the form of Lecturer Performance. The collective and individual understanding of the organizational climate is expected to increase students' potential in taking national exams.
