Hubungan Budaya Organisasi dengan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Cabang Manado
Abstract
Job satisfaction is an individual's positive behavior or emotions towards the world of work, satisfaction arises because his work is in accordance with his hopes and desires, because the more aspects of work that are in accordance with one's wishes, the higher the level of satisfaction at work. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, tbk Manado Branch. This research uses a quantitative research approach with correlational methods. The results of this study obtained a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.748 (p : 0.000 < : 0.05). The effective contribution of service quality to customer satisfaction is 55.95%. This means that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and employee job satisfaction. The better the organizational culture, the higher the job satisfaction of employees.
