Abstract

Organizing is carried out after planning is made. Organizing is the first step needed to realize the goals set during planning activities. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the organizing function is to realize quality in education. Research using literature study method. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman Model with the stages in data analysis consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results show that organizing has an important role in realizing quality in education.
