Abstract

This study aims to find out more about teacher remote work management. The method used in this research is literature review. In the literature review method, the author uses previous articles/writings to draw conclusions. The population in this study are all articles that have been officially published for the last 10 years. Research on remote work or teleworking has developed rapidly and research on teacher teleworking is still rare. The principal is the manager of the teacher as a remote worker. When the principal manages the teacher's remote performance, he can implement the education management function so that the goals set can be achieved. Efficient, effective, and productive teacher remote work management does not just appear, but is the result of interactions with various determinants. The determinants of teacher remote work management include individual factors, work factors, and organizational factors.
