Abstract

An organization in the current era of digitalization of competition, formal educational institutions experience intense competition, in this case it is clear in competition for human resources. Human resources have a very important role in the success of an educational institution. The current situation for obtaining quality human resources for an educational institution requires careful planning. The conceptual aim of HRP quality is to overcome the limitations of human resources in all fields of knowledge which are really needed by the government and the private sector. Conceptually a basis for human resource planning as an important component in an educational institution. Conceptual HRP quality is a process that involves work programs, activities and strategies in an effort to meet workforce needs, as well as human resource development in order to achieve success. Its implementation in educational institutions includes analysis of the needs of educators and educational staff, such as: inventory of human resources, projections of enrollment of new students, review of goals or objectives of educational institutions.
