Analisis Kinerja Guru Melalui Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja di SMK Negeri 1 Langowan

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work environment on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Langowan. The population in the study was 39 people who became teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Langowan. Sampling with a precision level set at 0.05 or 5%. From a population of 39, a sample size of 35 respondents was obtained. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study is using regression analysis techniques and multiple correlations and calculated through the SPSS program. The results of the analysis show that the variable studied is positive behavior towards the teacher performance variable. The regression equation obtained Ŷ = 15,163 + 0,202X1 + 0,881X2 is a regression equation that has been tested for significance. The results of the analysis also show that the multiple or multiple relationships of motivation and work environment variables with teacher performance are significant. The results of the analysis show that the multiple correlation of the variables studied has a relationship with this teacher's performance of Ry123 = 0,759 with a degree of determination of R2Y123 = 0,576. Information that can be obtained through the results of this correlation analysis is that the relationship between motivation and work environment variables and teacher performance is a positive relationship and cannot be ignored.
