KUALITAS PELAYANAN DI DINAS PEMBERDYAAN PEREMPUAN DAN PERLINDUNGAN ANAK KABUPATEN MINAHASA

Abstract

This research aims to make more computer facilities available so that good quality services can be provided at the Minahasa Regency Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the number of informants is 4 people with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation, with data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on research data and information, it shows that the facilities at the Minahasa Regency Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service in terms of computer facilities are still lacking so that services to the community are still not responsive due to clashes in work schedules in the use of existing computer facilities and slow WiFi networks causing delays in providing services. on the Community and completion of work is not completed on time.
